Welcome back everybody! This week I made my protein shake again. It was almost perfect, but it could still use a little bit of work. I think next week I need to work on the flavor and making it taste more like a strawberry-banana milkshake.

Welcome back to my eighth blog! So this week I did not make the shake because I was looking for more flavorful items to put in it that have more protein in them as well.  I will be making one next week and it will be my best one yet! See you next time!

 
Welcome back. Did you know that in 1 ounce of lean protein there are 28 grams of protein! I tried my protein shake again this week and it tasted worse! I think it is because I added a little bit to much of some flavor. I think it tasted stronger though. So next week I am going to not add as much flavor. The amount of protein that is in my shake is about 54 grams of protein. There are only about 2 ounces of lean protein in my shake.Can you believe that! Well that wraps it up for this week. Hey guys! I'm back again for my sixth time and I've gotten even closer to success in my search for the best protein shake. This week I got all of my materials and started making it again. The flavor is a lot better, but there is always room for improvement. So next week I will be trying to work on getting even more flavor in it and more protein. I'll see you all next week! Good-bye!
 
Hey guys! I'm back for my fifth blog and I went to the store this week after I did research and got what I needed to make my protein shake. I made the shake a strawberry-banana flavor. The ingredients I used consisted skim milk, Greek yogurt, strawberries, bananas, oats, cottage cheese, and peanuts. The amount of protein that was in my shake was about 36 grams. The average protein shake contains about 20 grams. I have beat the average amount of protein in a shake. Although, I definitely need to increase the flavor. The flavor was very bland but it was expected for my first shake. I look to improve and focus on the flavor for next time I make it. 
 
Hey guys! I'm back for my fourth blog. I've been thinking and to accomplish my goal of making a healthy protein rich shake by the end of #20Time I am going to need to make a protein shake once a week and every week try to make it better and better. To accomplish this goal I am going to have to do a lot of research about foods I can put in the shake. The research I am going to have to conduct will be over foods with a lot of protein in them. As of right now I am not stuck but I think as this project progresses I will start to get stuck. I will talk to a dietitian about what I can do and what I can put in my shake to make it as healthy as possible.    
 
 Hey guys! Thanks for coming to my page to learn how to make a healthy protein rich shake. My protein shake I will be making will have more protein rich ingredients in it than this one though. The flavor of my shake will be strawberry banana. Some of the ingredients that will be in mine are skim milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, and oats. This shake has more than 50 grams of protein in it. I am planning on making a protein shake once a week and making it better and better each time I make one.This is one example of how to make a protein shake. I'm back! For my 20Time project I have decided to create a protein drink. I am going to create a protein drink because I like to work out and play sports. The people I am mainly doing this for is people who like to work out and don't like the bland flavor of protein powder. I will need to use ingredients that have a lot of protein in them. I plan to achieve my goal of making a protein shake good and tasty. I also want to make this shake with as much protein as possible. My first step in creating a protein shake is going to be to research and find out foods with a lot of protein them and what will give the shake the best flavor.
 
Hi! I'm Tyler. This is my first blog post. I am very excited to do a 20Time project. I have been thinking of creating a protein shake, designing a shoe, or making and sending care packages to the troops overseas! So far I have been wanting to create a protein shake the most. I want to make a protein shake because I like to exercise. I have also already looked up and found some foods with a lot of protein in  them and that give them the most flavor.
